The 21 day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge.
I need to lose weight.
I need to lose at least 100 pounds.
I have joined with several other mom bloggers to do Dustin Maher's Fit Mom's for Life program.
The official start date is February 1st.
I have started with the workout, doing strength training on one day and cardio/core work the next, with a warm up and stretching each day. I will take one day off per week for rest.
So far I have done 2 days of strength and 1 day of cardio/core. I was pretty sore after the first day, but it was definately a good sore. I felt muscles in places that I hadn't worked in awhile!
On top of this, I have challenged myself to not get on the computer until my daily workout is done. My kids know about this and I'm sure they will hold me to it!
I will be blogging as I go along this journey as will several other bloggers.

Next week, I will post a photo of me taken this past summer as a beginning photo.
